We want your family to feel comfortable trying The Milo Browser. If a paid subscription isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 calendar days of the charge and we will provide a full refund of that payment. This applies to your first payment and subscription renewals, whether or not you have used the paid features. You do not need to give a reason.
This policy covers subscriptions purchased through our website. The Free plan has no subscription charge to refund. Please read this policy alongside our Terms of Service.
Email help@themilobrowser.com with the subject "Refund request." Please include:
We may ask for information to locate the payment and confirm that it belongs to you. Please never send your password or full card number. Your request date determines whether you are within the refund window, even if we respond later.
If your receipt identifies Paddle as the seller, Paddle is the merchant of record for that purchase and handles the payment and refund. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle's buyer support. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to those purchases. Contact us if you need help identifying your payment provider.
You can cancel future renewals at any time through your account billing settings or by contacting us. If you cancel without requesting a refund, your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not automatically request a refund.
When we arrange a full subscription refund, we also cancel that subscription and end its paid access. Your account can continue on the Free plan, subject to its feature and profile limits. You do not need to delete your account to request a refund.
After 14 calendar days, we do not normally offer refunds or prorated credits for unused subscription time. If you believe a charge was duplicated or incorrect, or a technical problem prevented you from using the Service, please contact us so we can investigate and review your request individually. This does not limit any refund or other remedy you are entitled to under applicable law or your payment provider's terms.
Refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method wherever possible. Once a refund has been issued, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank and payment method. Contact us or the provider shown on your receipt if you need help checking its status.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including any applicable right to withdraw from a purchase or receive a remedy for a faulty or misdescribed service. Where applicable law gives you greater rights than this policy, those rights apply.
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Changes will not reduce the refund rights that applied when you made a payment.
